Secretary/Director/ Joint Secretary in the Government of India (including under the Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Power, Ministry of Petroleum, Natural Gas & Chemicals, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) & at the levels of the General Manager/Vice President / Director, CEO under 5 Fortune 500 Corporations i.e. ONGC (A Govt. of India Enterprise), TATA Group, Hewlett Packard, Huawei Telecommunications & China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC / CPP). During the last two decades, he has contributed significantly as an active member of various important and strategic National / International Government and Institutional Committees, cutting across multiple sectors and geographies

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited as part of USD 3 billion Adventz Group, being a major player in the manufacturing sector, has taken the challenge for contributing its resources to realize the noble national goal by participating in mission critical projects under the ‘Make-in-India’ initiative of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, which includes verticals like Defense and Inland Security, Energy, Railways and Transportation. The company manufactures diverse range of products, viz. Railway Freight Cars, Hydro Mechanical Equipments for Mega Hydro Power Projects and is also well-known for fabrication for Heavy Steel Structures for Thermal Power Stations, Flyovers, Bridges and Equipments for Steel Plants, Naval Ship Structures for Indian Navy and Industrial Structures, Steel Castings and Pressure Vessels and has entered into Technical Collaboration with renowned Multinationals of Japan, U.S.A, U.K., Germany, Australia, Austria, Holland etc., for developing and expanding its product portfolio. The company has required 55% share holding in Bright Power Projects Indian Private Limited. The Steel Foundry of the Company is the largest in the country with a capacity up to 30000 Tones of quality Castings per year. It has a State-of-the-art facility set up by the world renowned M/s Kunkel Wagner, Germany. .

Simon India

Simon India Limited (SIL), a wholly- owned subsidiary of Zuari Global Limited, offers technical consultancy, project management and contracting services to Chemical, Fertiliser, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and other Infrastructure projects.

Zuari Indian Oil Tanking

Zuari Indian Oiltanking Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between Indian Oiltanking Limited and Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited offers independent terminalling services to Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.The terminal is exclusively for petroleum products such as Naphtha, Motor Spirit, High-Speed Diesel and Superior Kerosene.

Adventz Group

The "ADVENTZ" Group is an Indian conglomerate with global ambitions that participates in and contributes to India's economic growth and prosperity through transformational change. Texmaco Hi-tech Private Limited (Erstwhile JV with UGL Rail Services Limited, Australia is another subsidiary primarily cater to the huge requirements of Locomotive, wagon and coach components, and has developed prestigious customers like GE Transportation, Alston, Harsco, ZF, etc. Other renowned blue chip group companies are the Zuari Agro and Paradip Phosphate, Zuari Indian Oil Tanking. Adventz group also has a 50:50 Joint Venture between Indian Oiltanking and Zuari Industries to provide independent terminalling services to public sector and private sector Oil and Gas companies and builds storage capacities and blending facilities for ethanol and motor spirits and in synergy with another group company i.e. Simon India Ltd. – an EPC arm of the Adventz group is poised to enter the Oil and Gas sector in a big way

TDSPL

Aims to augment India's Defence Production capabilities, under the “Make-in-India” Programme, leveraging upon TEXMACO Rail's manufacturing excellence & Heavy Engineering capabilities.

Texmaco’s excellence in manufacturing since 1939, specifically in areas like Machining, Shaping, Forming, Casting, Fabrication, Surface treatment etc. shall be optimally leveraged by Texmaco Defence Systems Pvt. Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Texmaco and has indeed taken up the challenge to augment the indigenous production of equipments required by the Armed & Paramilitary Forces along with state-of-the-art technology partnerships in diverse areas of operations. Texmaco Defence Systems was incorporated on 10th January, 2018, and by March 2018, Defence Production Licences were secured for the following: (i) Design, Development, Manufacture, Assembly and Upgrade of Armoured Vehicles, Main Battle Tanks and Other All-Wheel Drive Armour Protected Wheeled Vehicles with Mountings for Arms and Configured for Military Use with Ballistic Protection to Level III (NIJ 108, 01 September, 1985 or Comparable National Standard or above). (ii) Design, Development, Manufacture, Assembly and Upgrade of Artillery and Air Offence Guns, Howitzers, Trailers for Towed and Static Weapon Systems and their Spares and Accessories. (iii) Manufacture of Empty Shells, Cartridge Cases, All Metallic and Non-Metallic Components and Body Parts of Ammunition, Rockets, Missiles, Projectiles, Bombs, Torpedoes, Mortars, Grenades, Fuzes of All Types of 20 MM and above Caliber without Explosive Charge Filling. Since its recent incorporation, the TDSPL is exploring opportunities to contribute and enhance stepping up indigenous Defence Production by entering into strategic technology partnerships with globally renowned Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) under the ‘Make-in-India’ programme for the following emerging business opportunities provided by the Armed & Para-military Forces.

    Indian Defense and Aerospace sector to become 5 Lakh crore by 2047: Rajnath Singh

    Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has said that the government is further working to expand the Positive Indigenization List of 208 items to 1,000 items. He was speaking at the FICCI’s Annual Convention & 94th AGM on the theme ‘India Beyond 75’ held on Saturday, December 18. “In this decade, we will bring increase the items under the Positive list for Indigenization from current 209 to over 1000. The government now looks at the private industry as their partners and in fulfilling the objective of attaining Atmanirbhar Raksha Utpadan,” Singh said. He emphasized that with the current reforms undertaken by the government, the Indian defence and aerospace sector is likely to reach Rs 5 lakh crore by the year 2047 from the current 85,000 crore. He added that the Indian private sector plays a huge role in achieving the goal.
