SIGINING OF MOU’S – WORKING PROTOCOLS BETWEEN RUSSTECH DEVELOPMENT PVT. LTD., INDIA AND 3 LEADING RUSSIAN ICT COMPANIES DURING THE BUSINESS MISSION OF RUSSIAN TECH COMPANIES TO INDIA AT THE RUSSIA-INDIA BUSINESS FORUM RECENTLY CONCLUDED IN NEW DELHI, MARCH 29-30TH, 2023

In view, of the great significance of a vibrant collaboration between India & Russia, in the current Geo – Political context, the activities of Russtech Development Pvt. Ltd. were stepped up at the recently concluded Russia – India Forum.. Strategic partnership for development and growth on March 29th & 30th 2023 at New Delhi, In the presence of His Excellency Mr. Sergey Cheryomin, Minister for Foreign Economic Activity and International Relations, Moscow City Government and HE Aleksandr Babakov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assemble of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Tribhuvan Darbari – Managing Director, Russtech Development Pvt. Ltd. and M.D & CEO Texmaco Defence Systems and Chief Executive Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., briefed the participants about the special purpose vehicle – Russtech – the company primarily focusing on Export of emerging technologies from Russia to India, which would be customized to the Indian requirements for various “Make-In-India” & “Atmanirbhar Bharat” programmes and projects. Three leading strategic Russian companies were identified for future collaboration for Indian Market, with which MOU’s and Working Protocols were signed between MD Russtech and their Director’s/ Vice President, in the presence of Mr. Valentine Makarov, President Russoft, St. Petersburg, Russia:   

1.  CLOUD4U, RUSSIA : For Enterprise Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery, Cloud vGPU, Hosted Exchange which would be highly cost effective with rigid security parameters.
2.  BAUM STORAGE, RUSSIA – Provides AI based Group servers form the conglomerate of nationally produced software and equipment for big data storage
3. VOLTAH, RUSSIA – Voltah is a leading IT company in Russia, Offering Unique data Integration capabilities for analytics and etc. with scope of complete customization apropos Indian requirements.
